Recital Information: |
| Recital Information: Recital will be on a Saturday, June 25,2011 at 1pm. It will be held at Merrimack Valley High School. Students need to arrive no later then 12pm. Doors will open to parents and family at 12:30pm, no parents are allowed in before hand. |
| Recital Tickets: Recital tickets go on sale May 1, 2010. Everyone coming to recital is required to purchase a ticket. Tickets will be $12.00 in advance or $15.00 at the door. We encourage parents to buy tickets in advance to ensure your spot. |
| Dress Rehearsal: Dress Rehearsal will be held on a Friday night on June 24, 2011 at 4pm. It's mandatory that ALL students attend. Students are to wear their costume to rehearsal. Only 1 person may come to Dress rehearsal. Everyone else attending will need to purchase a rehearsal ticket. There will be someone standing at the door to take your rehearsal ticket. |

Costume Information: |
| Combo classes will have one costume. If you are taking extra classes you will have a costume for each. Costume price ranges from $30.00 - $50.00 per costume. |
| Costume Deposit: There is a $10 costume deposit for each costume due November 12, 2010. The rest of the costume fee will be due no later then December 10, 2010. |
| Costume Orders: Costume orders are being placed the first week in January. Only the costumes paid in full will be ordered at that time. Once the costumes orders have been placed there will be no refund on them. |

Recital Photo's & DVD: |
| Class and Individual pictures will be taken by Angela Theberge. While she is taking pictures NO parents will be allowed to take pictures using the photographer's background. Pictures will be taken during your child's class time, please come in your costumes and ready for pictures. |

Student Photo Schedules:
Monday classes will be on June 13th Tuesday classes will be on June 14th Wednesday classes will be on June 15th Thursday classes will be on June 16th Friday classes will be on June 17th Saturday classes will be on June 18th |
| Recital DVD: Recital DVD'S will be available a week after Recital, parents may purchase them in advance for $12.00 per DVD. |
